Aditya Bhargava · Yoga · Bangalore & online
Yoga for people with demanding jobs — in Bangalore and online. Practical, accessible, and easy to fit into a full week.
Background
I spent years in a high-pressure, customer-facing job before burnout pushed me toward yoga. It didn't fix everything — but it gave me a way to get through long days without falling apart, and to switch off when work wouldn't.
I've trained seriously since, learning from many teachers, and now I work with people whose lives look like mine used to. No performance, no jargon — just a practice you can actually keep.
The practice
You don't need to be flexible, experienced, or spiritual. We start from wherever your body is today.
Clear cues, real strength, and breathing you can use on a hard day. You'll feel the difference, not just hear about it.
Built to fit a working week and to keep your body well over years — not to chase a single pose for a photo.

Ways to practise
Regular morning classes in Bangalore. A small, steady group — enough attention to be corrected, enough company to keep showing up.
In person in Bangalore or online anywhere, built entirely around your body, your schedule, and what you want to feel.

The first session is free, so you can feel it before deciding. After that:

In their words
"At 65, I'd assumed stiff was just what getting older felt like. It isn't. I move more easily now than I did ten years ago — and since the pranayama, I've been sleeping better than I have in years."
"I run and I'm on the move constantly, so I came for upkeep, not enlightenment. The hip work has kept the usual niggles away — I've stayed injury-free through a heavy year of running, which is all I really wanted."
Begin
Come try it before deciding anything. Tell me what your days are like and what you want your body to feel like, and we'll build the class around that.
